Michelle Gordon is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Piano, through the Music Teacher’s National Association. She was named “Teacher of the Year” in 2009, by the Massachusetts Music Teacher’s Association. She has presented sessions at both the MTNA National Conferences, and National Conference on Piano Pedagogy. Her articles can be read in “American Music Teacher”, and “Clavier Companion”. She is currently the Director of Music at the Mattapoisett Congregational church, playing the organ, and directing the Adult Choir, Junior Choir and Bell Choir. She is the accompanist for the Sippican Choral Society. She has been an Independent Piano Teacher in Mattapoisett, MA for over 25 years.About the Teacher
